Launched in late 2016, Lumen Optical offered comprehensive eye exams, including retinal imaging and contact lens fittings, all priced transparently at $79. The stores featured a modern, welcoming atmosphere with amenities like a “Frames Bar” where trained stylists assisted customers in selecting eyewear. Lumen Optical also prided itself on in-house lens production, delivering custom lenses within 24 hours.
